    I got some basic confidence building advice out of it, but there are better courses for this on the platform. What really turned me off was the Instructor trying to turn me towards Christianity near the tail end of the course. Pretty disgusting. Keep this in mind before you buy. Its too late to ask for a refund but I really wish I did.
