Not really a great match because I have worked remotely under multiple scenarios. Session did, however, make me more mindful of potential issues faced by agent team members.

Let me first say, I do not enjoy giving critical reviews. My intention is to give honest feedback and to only include my observations. The message is direct which is beneficial but the delivery is overly fast paced. It feels rushed as though the topic is not enjoyable or valuable. Also, unfortunately the lecturer's smiles appear to be forced and not genuine.

Yes so far I appreciate the pace of delivery it is not rushed and the advice is positive and applicable. Course in the end was good content but very bad audio availability making it a bit difficult to follow at some of the most important times.
