    the presentation is helpful and I love her calm manner and that she throws in some humor to make a point. I took away some good concepts regarding anxiety. The only distraction was the choppy nature of the video edits from one sequence to the next, as if only partial segments were being shared. Also, I found the reflections of her audience and the back of her head in the glass behind her a bit distracting at times.
