This was a great introduction to conflict and some steps on how to manage it. The course Instructor was nice and calm to listen to. I would have liked some more tips on how to intervene early, but the tips on how to handle a conflict in the heat of the moment were great!

Leadership skills are always important when you are leading a group. I learned very much.

I feel that this course is a good match for me. I appreciate the insight into what makes a person a good leader, and also the education on what to avoid. I think that all leaders in our organization should be required to take this course, even as a refresher, because it can help them lead better. Some people who have been in management for a long time may still be operating under the old way of thinking. As times change, leadership styles need to adjust so that we can all manage the change properly together.

I have taken emotional intelligence courses, but Tony somehow nailed the importance and significance of that human intellect level of command into our emotions; essentially our behavior.
