The complete communication skills master class for life is a very good course to take if you have any type of communication issue.

I was thrusted into being a coach on the fly per COVID. I needed this course to gain the skills I know I will need as I continue on my journey. Not having any formal training caused me to instill doubt in myself, not anymore! I had a lot of the skills innately but knowing I'm on the right track was just what I needed!

It's a lot of interesting information about vocal health and filled with good tips about it.As someone with some prior knowledge, it was more of a refresher in ways to exercise those of the fundamentals

Although it is in a mono-tone presentation, the information is there. The insights and methods, so far, are proven to work. I like the CBT idea. This a good training - it just needs a little spicing up. After taking the full course I am more excited about what's ahead of me. This is a comprehensive course if you choose to become a better you!

His method works, but his photographic memory was poor

There are a couple of reasons I did not give this course more stars and for the record, I tend to be extremely generous with ratings etc.,,. bc life is just too short. One thing that is disappointing here is the lack of interaction. In the first video Ken talks about the importance of sharing your story and leaving notes in the discussion area, or for him, but there is absolutely no interaction or response to comments or questions. Maybe there was four years ago when the course was new? I'm not sure, but the videos need to be updated to take this part out. It's repeated over and over and is pretty disappointing. The other reason I knocked off a star is because there is no clear technique for what to do with the log and worksheets. Once you keep the log and complete all these worksheets, what are you supposed to do with them? Basically, meditation and breathing are the tangible techniques here (and good ones) but there is no clear direction as to how to process the other parts. Even the perception part seems nebulous and unclear as to how to proceed and integrate that in a constructive manner.

Excellent and executable content. The physical apps and devices recommended are prohibitively expensive though; the Spire device (which reviews show is super buggy and not very accurate) is around $1,000 in Canada. Still, the content of this course is easily understandable and a great way to structure a personal success program.

I was not able to finish four lectures because the videos will not upload. I wrote a message to the Instructor and I reported this problem to Gurukol. I did not get a response. I really enjoyed the other lectures but unable to finish so I changed my rating.Thank you.

I have a helpful understanding about my procrastination now. I'm done with the negative shaming labels. There is a functioning rather a dysfunctional reason for my procrastination. Learning and gaining awareness continues to provide the help I need, and this course did. There are ways to deal with my procrastination tendencies in a healthy manner.

I love everything about this course. The Instructor is explaining it so well and for each style or technique of drawing or painting she is providing download material for the students to practice. It's great!

Great information about communicating to team mates one on one and in meetings. Highly recommend this course especially even when you aren't a team leader.

This course challenge me to learn my limitations on coaching. I loved the format in which the coaching documentation was laid out. I wish I had completed this course prior to some of the other ones I took.

Instructor did a great job of presenting tips on achieving goals not just for work, but life goals as well. His affable personality made watching each module fun.
