I've done before a different course that didn't do much for me. ch section. I would like the quizes to be a bit harder so I could be challenged to do better. Information was useful and applicable to the workplace. Good tools for de-escalating a conflictive situation. Speaker was clear and concise in presentation.

Great information, but more elaboration on certain models would have been nice. This was a great start into the topic.

This was a great introduction to conflict and some steps on how to manage it. The course Instructor was nice and calm to listen to. I would have liked some more tips on how to intervene early, but the tips on how to handle a conflict in the heat of the moment were great!
