This course examines the fundamentalsmost significantly to be considerate of others, the workplace versus social situations, dress/appearance business meetings, proper introductions and 'the handshake,' conversation skills/small talk, cultural differences affecting handling interruptions, international business opportunities, and proper business email and telephone etiquette.
