Personal Brand Building: Digital Citizenship Online Course

Prior to attending this course, I had already completed other courses by Instructors, so I had high expectations for this one based on how much I liked the former and being success a topic I'm really interested in to boot.I must say that it has surpassed my expectations. This is a long course full of useful knowledge, tools, techniques, tips, worksheets, and so on, so forth. Regardless its length, it gets you interested and motivated the whole journey. The program is impeccably designed in 4 steps that really bring results, and almost each lesson is twofold, one addressing the coach, the other addressing the client, so we can learn and make the most of both perspectives.As usual, the content has both a solid psychological foundation and years of practical experience behind it, and it shows up. I really like how the Instructors teach and explain, they complement each other very well, Natalie more serene whereas Joeel is always so uplifting.The only weak point I've found has to do with the mistakes that oftentimes appear in the subs, which can be distracting overall. I have noticed this issue in other courses as well. I'm not nit-picking about some minor spelling typos, but talking about words which are not subbed correctly not even once, or whole sentences whose transcription distorts the original meaning and content of what is being said. Considering that there are people who must rely on subs, I think addressing this issue could be worthwhile. Nevertheless, I have rather enjoyed this course and found it of great value for a variety of people/situations/jobs. In fact, there are several videos and activities which I'm going to revisit and revise.Best wishes.

This course has very good documents that can be used for your clients. It is very educational and a great introduction to many methods of communicating and helping your clients. Overall it is a very useful course.
