My Dad says that you will learn more by working in the field than studying about in college. But you feel lost when you step in the field as there is no one to guide you. This course gave me an insight on how to approach the customer, what things to keep in mind while talking to the customer. A much recommended course.

I liked how quickly I could finish the course as the videos are quite concise and to the point. However i was expecting a few practical details as well like how a cold call should be made n the real conversation between two parties happen in general.
