Supervising others are often a tricky job. Managing your own time and projects and at the same time, helping students solve their problems and complete tasks, and helping other supervisors, your day can stock up before you recognize it.
The Supervising Others course will help students become more efficient and proficient, providing information on delegating, managing time, expectations (for themselves and others), providing feedback, resolving conflict, setting goals, and administering discipline.
