The course keeps a set of pretty useful practices, some lectures are very inspiring and motivating. Why not 5 stars: for me personally, the course creators are more enthusiasts who have very high level of consciousness and empathy than skilled psychotherapists who had a lot of practice, i.e. advice would work probably, but I feel like: if some methods wouldn't work for me, they could not explain why it is not working for me, though they would be able to propose other way to solve the same case. I feel like they discover methods those works and they do share it with other people for the good. As a minor, but slightly annoying point , as well which one proofs/triggers feeling of not being a solid therapists, the guys use too many times examples of their lives and lives of some people they do know, that left a sense - that there is no full picture of some common human behavior, which is more common for science based lectures and courses... Also, I could be just simple boring annoyed pedantic person... :) As a final line: after I've started the course, I've had an event that made me pretty down emotionally, methods I've learned helped me to begin movement in positive direction. And that is a lot. Thanks! to the course owners: Guys, could you consider to give detailed examples of what each word for an emotion means in the beginning, before first practice. You have it in the course but way later that is already needed.
